2: 3 Snatch DL+3 Muscle Snatch + 3 Power Snatch

3: 3 Front Squat + 2 Push Press + 1 Thruster 4: Rest 

1st Round: Empty Bar 

2nd Round: Workout weight

3rd round: heavier than workout weight

1 Minute Toes to Bar

1 Minute Power Snatches

1 Minute Thrusters  

1 Minute Calorie Bike/Row

 

Barbell: 35/25kg
