Back Squat

5 Sets or 18:00

 

(A) 3 Back Squat     into 

(B) 5 High Box Jumps     into

(c) 8-10/Side Pallof Press

*Building up in Height & Weight

*Back Squat should be heavier than last week. 

 

Metcon

 

3 Round AMRAP:

 

1 minute Row/Bike Cals

1 minute DB Lunges (Farmer Hold)

 

2 minutes Rest

 

*15/10kg db's lunges should be on the light side, hold dumbbell on the sides like in Farmer Carry
