Warm Up

400m Run

 

AMRAP 6:00

5 Goblet Squats

10 American KBS

 

 

Strength

 

Halting Deadlift:  

Warm-up and build up to 3x5 Moderate-Heavy Sets

 

Pull the bar from the floor to a point just below the kneecaps while maintaining a consistent back angle. Your back should be more horizontal when the bar is at the knees than in a conventional Deadlift. 

 

Metcon

Death By Wall Balls

 

Starting with 15 the first Minute and adding 1 rep every Min.

 

Burpee penalty (depending on when you get out) out after:

1 round : 100 Burpees

2 rounds: 90 Burpees

3 Rounds : 80 Burpees etc...
