Warmup

3 Rounds:

2 mins of running, biking, or rowing

10 Pvc pass throughs

10 Overhead squats with pvc pipe

7 Pull-ups or ring rows

7 Toes-to-bars or knees-to-elbows

 

Strength

Thruster:

Build up to Heavy 1 Rep Thruster, from ground.

 

*Use 60% or less as a scaling weight for the workout. 

 

Metcon

   “SAGE AT 20”

 

20 minute AMRAP

 

20 Thrusters (60/40kg)

20 Pull-ups
