Banded Good Morning x 15-20 reps

Rest 60 seconds

30 seconds of Rowing @ 80-85%

Rest 60 seconds

3-5 Rocking Box Bridges (slow and controlled) Rest 60 seconds

Build up in weight and play with scaling option 

 

Primer 16.4

2 Sets:

5 Deadlifts (workout weight)

10 Wall Ball Shots (workout weight)

5 Handstand Push-Ups

Rest 60 seconds 

 

Open 16.4

For Time:

 

55 Deadlifts 100/70kg

55 Wall-Balls 20/14 lb

55 Calorie Row

55 Handstand Push-Ups

 

Original workout is 13min AMRAP so record your score at 13min mark and final time.
