Strength (Muscle-Up)

Every 1:00 for 8:00

 

1-3 Ring/Bar Muscle-ups

or

1-3 L-Sit Ring Pull-up + Transition + Dip

or

6 Ring Rows + 6 Push-ups 

 

Metcon

EMOM 24:00:

1': 10 Burpees to plate

2': 10m HS Walk or 20-30s Handstand Hold

3': 18/13 Cal Row/Bike

4': 16 Alt. DB Renegade Rows
