2. Bent-Over Barbell Row x 8 @21X0

3. DB Glute Bridge Bench Press x 8 @30X1

   ---Rest 60 seconds--- 

4. Barbell Rollouts or Ring Fallouts x 8 @30X1

 

*Start Light and build up over the course of 4 sets
