10 Shoulder Dislocations

8 Slow Wall Squats (squat therapy style) 

8 Banded Good Mornings

3 turkish get-ups, right arm - you choose load

3 turkish get-ups, left arm - you choose load

 

Strength

Front Squat 

Build Up to 2RM with 3s Pause at the bottom 

 

Metcon

6 Rounds - Each for time

400m Run

1:30 Rest b/w Sets

*All out sprints!
