Strength:

complex no droping the bar

3 snatch hugh pull + 3 muscle snatch+

3 press behind the neck + 3 over head squat

*find your work weight and then 5 rounds

 

 

 

5 rounds of:

8 p.snatch 40\30

16 burpees

8 s.snatch

30 sec plank
