SKILL / STRENGTH :

BACK SQUAT

5x5 5sec down + 3sec hold at the bottom

FOR TIME :

400m run

10 burpees

then 5 rounds:

-3 s.pull up

-6 v-ups

-9 pull up

-12 sit up

then:

10 burpees

400m run
