Even: 5-8 Ring dips  

 

 

 

"The Ball and the Kettlebell":

2 RFT:

-400 m Run with the ball 10/6

-20 Sit ups ( throw the ball to the wall)

-20 WB Shots

-400 run with the KB 24/16

-20 KB Swings

-20 Goblet Squats
