Total 1:30 of L-sit from the floor

Total 2:00 Superman

Total 2:00 Sit with the ball above the head

straight arms and legs!!!  

 

 

 

15min AMRAP:

-20 Front Rack Lunges 20/15 + + +

-20 OH Lunges

-20 Back rack lunges

*each time you finish the whole set

(front + back + OH) add 2.5 - 5 kg

*each time you break the set perform 10sit ups
