In teams of 4:

10 min AMRAP:

-max reps of partner DEADLIFT 140/120

*pair A does deadlift

*pair B runs 200 m with 15/10 kilo plates

straight into:

10 min AMRAP:

-max rep of synchronized target burpees

*pair A does burpees (should touch the floor

and ouch the pull up bar together)

*pair B holds the barbell 140/120

straight into:

10 min AMRAP:

-max reps of i go you go clusters 50/35

*pair A does clusters I GO YOU GO

*pair B is in handstand position

your score is total amount of reps

Deadlift + Burbees + Clusters
