Back squat

5 sets of 5 reps climbing

 

 

Open Workout 11.2:

1 Power Clean 40/60

1 Burpee over the bar

2 Power Cleans

2 Burpees over the bar

3 Power Cleans

3 Burpees over the bar

4 ...

4 ...

10 Power Cleans

10 Burpees over the bar

*Power Cleans Should be done Touch and Go!If you drop the bar you should start the set again Be clever! rest when bar is on your shoulders and do not start the set before you are 100% ready
